Payment

We currently accept:

– Cash on Delivery (COD) only

Payment must be made in full upon delivery of the order.

Delivery

White Rainbow delivers within Lebanon only.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. White Rainbow shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in packaging and preparing every order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

– The item arrives damaged during delivery.
– The damage is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
– Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are provided.

Products showing signs of use, misuse, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Variations resulting from the locally crafted nature of certain products are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If an approved return is accepted due to damage, White Rainbow may offer:

– A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
– An exchange for another available product of equal value.

If the selected replacement item has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

– The product arrived damaged; and
– A replacement or exchange is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed in cash or through another mutually agreed method.
